(1) The brake belt is loose, so that the braking torque of the brake belt on the dehydration shaft is reduced, as long as the brake belt is re-installed.

(2) The brake belt is seriously worn or damaged. By rotating the adjusting screw, the position of the pawl can be properly adjusted to increase the braking torque of the brake belt on the dehydration shaft, and the brake belt should be replaced in serious cases.

The specific reasons and treatment methods for counterclockwise rotation of the bucket are:

(1) The clutch torsion spring falls off, breaks, or the torsion spring is too loose with the dehydration shaft and slips, so that the torsion spring loses the reverse function. As long as the torsion spring is re-installed or replaced, the reducer should be replaced in serious cases.

(2) clutch brake belt loose, worn or broken. Simply retighten or replace the brake belt.
