Analysis and maintenance: This fault is caused by the deformation of the clutch pawl fork or the adjustment screw is too deep, so that the working position of the pawl can not be in place, resulting in the washing shaft and the dehydration shaft are not separated in the washing state.


When the working position of the clutch pawl is not in place, the square wire clutch spring can not be loosened, so that the washing shaft and the dehydration shaft are tightly held by the clutch spring, and the dehydration shaft is tightly held by the brake belt in the washing state. When the clutch pulley is turning clockwise, it cannot drive the wave wheel to rotate. When the clutch pulley is reversed counterclockwise, the direction of the clutch wire clutch spring is loosened, so that the washing shaft and the dewatering shaft are separated. The clutch button spring is tightened in the square direction, the dewatering shaft is still held tightly by the brake belt, and the wave wheel can be turned in reverse at this time.


First adjust the adjusting screw properly, so that the gap between the pawl fork and the brake rod is within the normal range. If the pawl fork is deformed and damaged, the pawl fork can be repaired and corrected. In serious cases, the pawl fork should be replaced to solve the problem.
