Leaks in refrigerators are common, but they're also annoying.
If your refrigerator has a leak, it is usually caused by a blocked defrost drain or a blocked supply line.
There are many reasons for the blockage, which can be caused by food debris or other debris, or it can be caused by ice caused by wiring problems.
The defrosting drain hose is usually on the back of the refrigerator. If the blockage is caused by a foreign object, you can flush the drain from the inside of the refrigerator with warm water and remove the debris manually.
If the blockage is caused by ice, first we should unplug and check the water supply line to see if there is a rupture or tear. If there is, it will need to be replaced.
