Analysis and maintenance: The fault is caused by the brake belt can not hold the dewatering shaft brake wheel tightly, so that the brake friction is reduced. The specific reasons and treatment methods are:
(1) The brake belt on the clutch is mounted crooked, the lining is worn or the fastening screw is loose. Simply reinstall or replace the brake belt.
(2) The brake spring loosens, breaks or loses elasticity. Just reinstall or replace the brake spring.
(3) The brake rod cannot be returned to position by the pawl fork, so that the brake belt cannot hold the dewatering shaft brake wheel tightly. Adjust, repair, or replace the fork position of the pawl.
(4) The electromagnet moving core is blocked by debris and cannot be fully extended, so that the brake rod cannot be restored to its original position. Just remove the rust dirt on the electromagnet moving core or replace the electromagnet.
